We have a company who are considering developing some print monitor software that tracks the number of printouts you print for your clients, so you can add these costs to your standard architect fee. This software would give you options in the print dialogue to choose a project, customer, black and white or colour print. You can then create lists with all the relevant printouts to work out your costs.
