Our ability to ‘drive demand’ on selected product lines is what differentiates CU from most, if not all, of our distribution competitors. Generating end-user interest and demand for pre-determined product lines - whilst simultaneously creating and managing an appropriately-structured and sized reseller channel - is one of the keys to our success. It means that we can provide our partners with a raft of rewarding business opportunities and ensure a first rate experience for the end-user.
2. Delivering the Goods
We operate a very efficient fulfilment logistics engine, taking orders from the channel and end users by phone, fax or web, and processing them promptly and accurately. We pride ourselves on ensuring goods are in stock whenever possible, and are shipped rapidly to the reseller or end-user.
To facilitate our unique ‘driving demand, delivering the goods’ distribution model, we employ expert business and product managers, sales specialists and channel development managers who have a genuine understanding of the target channels and how to market to them. This team is ably supported by over 150 other front and back office staff, ranging from finance to marketing, purchasing to warehouse.
